  • Clear vent obstructions to maintain airflow (Fire Hazard)

  • Inspect attics for signs of leaks or pests

  • Install or remove window screens and storm windows as seasons change

  • Clean A/C condenser unit coils for optimal efficiency

  • Clean and maintain exterior dryer vents and interior dryer vent lines (Fire Hazard - 15k Fires per year Quote in intro?)
